What Is A Strata Inspection Report & Why Do You Need to Purchase A Strata Inspection Report?
A Strata Inspection Report may also be referred to as an Owners Corporation Report in Victoria and it is a vital report that a buyer should obtain prior to purchasing or bidding on a property to purchase that is strata titled, company titled or community titled.
Just as you would purchase a building report for a property you are considering buying, you should have a Strata Inspection Report carried out to obtain all of the information about the owners corporation relating to your proposed property purchase.
Report that includes SRV inspecting the available records for the last 3 years.
